Dee, a retired New York Elementary School teacher, has been a Realtor® since 2003, first on Long Island for two years, then in St. Augustine starting in 2005. As a military wife (her husband, John, is retired from the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve), she is all-too-aware of the problems and opportunities in relocating. After obtaining her Military Relocation Designator, she recently completing the Military on the Move program, qualifying her to assist military families move and relocate anywhere in the United States.
Dee and her husband chose St. Augustine for a variety of reasons. Not only is it much different from the rest of Florida, retaining its’ historical identity while providing for the future. Our St. Johns County supports and protects wetlands conservation, turtle nesting areas, fine beaches and some of Florida’s finest natural parks, as well as our varied historical roots, while maintaining the County School District’s status as the best in the State of Florida.
Dee is a successful author of an award-winning children’s book, Mumford the Manatee, available from Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Visit her author’s page here.
As a grandmother of three, I want to support ecologically-sound decisions when managing growth, so that all may enjoy the unique aspects of our natural surroundings, and its’ inhabitants, today and for our children’s future.
Selling Real Estate is my passion, finding the match-making process enervating, whether it’s guiding the seller through the intricacies of the sale, or showing the buyer the perfect new home of their desires.
